Is My Church free?
Yes. Every feature is free for any church, with no ads. Anyone who wants to can support it with a monthly gift, but it doesn’t unlock anything: the product is the same for everyone.
What devices does it work on?
On the web from any computer (iglesiaapp.org), on iPhone and on Android. It’s the same account on all of them, and what you enter on one shows up on the others.
What languages is it available in?
Spanish, English and Portuguese. Each person chooses their language, and the same church can have members using different languages.
How do I take attendance at a service?
Open the service and mark who came. Regular attenders appear first, so it’s quick. You can also let each person check in with the event’s QR code or on a tablet in kiosk mode. When you finish, you see who was missing.
Can I keep track of tithes and offerings?
Yes. The Finances feature records each service’s offering, tithes and expenses by fund, closes the month and puts together the treasurer’s report as a PDF. You decide who can record, review or only view the report.
Does it work for Sunday School?
Yes. You create the classes and their teachers in two minutes, each teacher takes roll and counts visitors, Bibles and the offering, and the secretary’s report comes out on its own.
Is my data safe?
Each church sees only its own data, and within the church each person sees what their role allows. Confidential pastoral notes are only read by the care team you choose. Data is never sold or used for ads.
Can I import my members?
Yes. On the web you can import them from a file, and on your phone, from your contacts.
Can members use the app too?
Yes. Each member can join with an invitation code or link and see the church calendar, their groups, their assignments and their family. Administrative tasks stay with leaders and admins.
Does it work for a large church or one with multiple campuses?
Yes. It works the same with 30 people as with thousands: roles and permissions, QR and kiosk check-in, and reports. Each campus or ministry can have its own space, and the same person can switch between their spaces.
