Features

My Church features

My Church brings together in one app what a church usually keeps in notebooks, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Each feature is explained below, with what it does today.

Attendance tracking

Take attendance at every worship service from your phone or computer. Regulars appear first, visitors are recorded separately, and when you finish you see who was missing so you can call them that week.

  • A list for each service with the people who usually come at the top.
  • “Not marked” filter so you never mark anyone twice.
  • Visitors recorded separately, with their first visit.
  • “Who was missing”: the people who always come and didn’t this time.
  • Check-in with a QR code or in kiosk mode at the entrance.
  • Attendance trend over the last few months.

Member management

Keep track of every member and visitor with their details, ministries, baptism and attendance. Search, filter and import your congregation from a file or from your phone’s contacts.

  • A profile for each person: contact info, date of birth, baptism and ministries.
  • Members, visitors and new believers, each with their own status.
  • Useful filters: not yet baptized, birthdays, visitors, no recent contact.
  • Import from a file or from your phone’s contacts.
  • Roles: admin, leader and member, each sees what applies to them.
  • Invite by code or link so each person can join with their own account.

Events and services

Schedule weekly services just once, create special events with their flyer and share the invitation on WhatsApp. Each event has its own attendance and QR code.

  • Services and meetings that repeat every week.
  • Special events with a flyer.
  • A text invitation ready for WhatsApp, plus the flyer when there is one.
  • A QR code for each event to record attendance.
  • Notifications to the whole congregation or to a ministry.

Pastoral care

Log visits and calls, see who needs to be contacted and find out when someone comes back. A care team you choose handles the follow-up, and confidential notes are only read by the right people.

  • Follow-up engine: it spots on its own who is missing, comparing each person’s attendance with the days they usually come.
  • A record of visits, calls and other contacts for each person.
  • Care team: who logs the follow-up and who can read confidential notes.
  • Who hasn’t been contacted in a while.
  • An alert when someone who had drifted away comes back.
  • The pastoral health of the congregation in the reports.

Tithes and offerings

Record each service’s offering, tithes and expenses by fund. When you close the month, the treasurer’s report is ready for the board. Each person sees only what applies to them.

  • Each service’s offering with one tap and one number.
  • Income and expenses assigned to funds, each with its own balance.
  • Fixed expenses that repeat every month.
  • Month-end close and previous balance.
  • Treasurer’s report ready for the board, as a PDF.
  • Access per person: who records, who reviews and who only sees the report.
  • Your country’s currency.

Sunday School

Organize Sunday School by class, assign teachers and enroll students. Each teacher takes their roll and counts visitors, Bibles and the offering; the Sunday dashboard and the secretary’s report put themselves together.

  • Classes set up in two minutes, with their names and teachers.
  • A Sunday School session every week, created automatically.
  • Each teacher takes roll for their class.
  • Count of visitors, Bibles and offering per class.
  • Sunday dashboard showing the classes that have reported and those still missing.
  • Secretary’s report, ready to share.

Small groups and ministries

Create small groups, ministries and classes as public or private communities. Each has its members, posts, pinned announcements and devotionals, and teachers can leave assignments like a reading or a Bible verse.

  • Small groups, ministries and classes as communities.
  • Open communities or invitation-only.
  • Posts, pinned announcements and devotionals for the group.
  • Class assignments: a reading, a verse or a practice, with a due date and reminder.
  • Leaders for each ministry.

Service planning

Build the order of each service with its parts, songs and notes, assign who is responsible for each one, and each person confirms from their phone. The team sees changes right away.

  • Order of service with its parts, length and notes.
  • Songs, sermon, offering and announcements in order.
  • Assigned people who confirm or let you know if they can’t make it.
  • Live changes for the whole team.
  • Duplicate a plan for the next service.

Kiosk mode and QR

Every event has its own QR code. The congregation scans it with their phone or checks in on a tablet at the entrance in kiosk mode, and attendance is saved automatically.

  • A QR code for each event to display or print.
  • Kiosk mode: a screen at the entrance for checking in.
  • Anyone without the app can download it from the same QR code.
  • Check-ins are added to the service’s attendance list.

Reports

See the attendance trend over the last few months, new believers, baptisms, age groups and pastoral health. Export your member data whenever you need it.

  • Attendance trend over the last six months.
  • New believers and first-time visitors.
  • Recorded baptisms.
  • Breakdown by age.
  • Pastoral health: follow-up and reconnection.
  • Export the member report.

Families

Link parents, children, spouses, siblings and other relatives. The other person confirms the link, and each profile shows their family in the church.

  • Nine kinds of relationship: parent, child, spouse, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, aunt or uncle, niece or nephew, and cousin.
  • The other person accepts or declines the link.
  • A leader can create the link for someone who doesn’t use the app yet.
  • The family shown on each profile.
