Attendance tracking

Church attendance tracking: take roll call in seconds

Take attendance at every worship service from your phone or computer. Regulars appear first, visitors are recorded separately, and when you finish you see who was missing so you can call them that week.

What you can do

  • A list for each service with the people who usually come at the top.
  • “Not marked” filter so you never mark anyone twice.
  • Visitors recorded separately, with their first visit.
  • “Who was missing”: the people who always come and didn’t this time.
  • Check-in with a QR code or in kiosk mode at the entrance.
  • Attendance trend over the last few months.

A list that already knows who’s coming

Each service’s list puts regular attenders first, so the deacon or usher marks attendance in seconds instead of scrolling through hundreds of names. Anyone you’ve already marked won’t show up again under “Not marked”.

Who was missing, so you can care for them

When you save the list, My Church shows you the people who always come and didn’t this time. That’s your list to call or visit that same week, before someone drifts away without anyone noticing.

Everyone checks themselves in

If you’d rather have the congregation check in on their own, every event has its own QR code, and you can leave a tablet at the entrance in kiosk mode.

Depending on the size of your church

  • Small churches

    up to 100 people

The pastor takes attendance from their phone in a couple of minutes, no notebook needed.

  • Mid-size churches

    100 to 500 people

Each ministry or service has its own list, and several leaders can mark attendance at the same time.

  • Large churches

    more than 500 people

The QR code and kiosk mode keep lines from forming: everyone checks in as they arrive.
