Kiosk mode and QR
QR code check-in and kiosk mode at the entrance
Every event has its own QR code. The congregation scans it with their phone or checks in on a tablet at the entrance in kiosk mode, and attendance is saved automatically.
What you can do
- A QR code for each event to display or print.
- Kiosk mode: a screen at the entrance for checking in.
- Anyone without the app can download it from the same QR code.
- Check-ins are added to the service’s attendance list.
No lines or notebooks at the door
Show the QR code on a screen or a sign, and everyone checks in as they come in. Their check-ins go to the same list the leaders use for roll call.
